Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT

·          A £75.00 deposit is required upon booking, which is non-refundable and must be received within 14 days of the provisional booking being made. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Should your payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the caravan.

·          Please make cheques payable to: Mr E Melhuish.

BOND

           A £100.00 bond will be payable when the balance of you holiday payment is due. This can

           be in the form of a cheque that will be held in case of any damage. This cheque will be

           returned once our cleaners have confirmed all is in order. 

LATE BOOKINGS

·          In the case of bookings made within 8 weeks, full payment is required.

CANCELLATIONS

·          The booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations received within 28 days will be liable to pay 80% of the holiday cost. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of the holiday start date.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

·          The caravan will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival on presentation of your booking confirmation and registration form. Collect the keys from the East Gate (directions will be sent with your confirmation letter). You are able to use all the facilities on arrival.

·          The caravan must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Please leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition.

SMOKING

·          If smoking outside, please dispose of any cigarette ends and do not leave them on the ground outside the caravan. Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan.

ENTERTAINMENT PASSES

·          These are included in the cost of your accommodation and can be collected from Guest Services on the day of arrival.

PETS

·          No pets are allowed in the caravan.

BEDDING

·          Duvets are provided for all beds; however you are required to supply your own bed linen. Towels/tea towels are not provided.

SERVICES

·          Gas and electricity is included in the booking price.

RESTRICTIONS

·          Only the persons named on the booking form can occupy the caravan. We are not able to accept bookings from groups predominantly under 21 years of age.

INSURANCE

·          We cannot accept liability for personal injury or the loss or damage of your personal belongings; this should be covered by your own holiday insurance.
